Product Quality & Condition
We stand by the quality of each and every one of our products. We ensure that all items are shipped in the condition described on this website, in most cases, this is a mint to near-mint condition.Individual cards, starter boxes, starter decks, booster boxes, booster packs, cases, and sets are all checked for damage before they are entered into our stock. If an item is “damaged” or “played” it is stated as such in the description of the item.
As a general policy, Peristil does not list cards that are in poor condition unless explicitly stated in the product description. Furthermore, our products are shipped in packaging that meets high standards and is thoroughly checked for openings, tears, and splits.
Refunds
If the item received by the customer is not as described, we ask that you please contact us at info@peristilcards.com and return the product within 14 full days of purchase. This means that from the date, which your payment has been accepted is when the 14-day refund policy will be calculated. If it has exceeded the allotted amount of time, then a refund will not be granted, although, a company credit may be offered in exchange. In all instances of a refund, please notify us of your intent to refund an item(s) by using the contact form on our website or by sending an email to info@peristilcards.com. We will respond within 48 hours of your request.An item, or items, that is being returned must be shipped in appropriate packaging. The package must also be certified and traceable through either: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. This serves as protection for you the consumer and for Peristil, as it verifies that you have made a legitimate and verifiable attempt to ship the package in case the package goes missing.
If your request for a refund or exchange has been approved, please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Payment Procedures
Peristil only accepts payments by credit card through PayPal. A check is an acceptable form of payment as well. After the order is placed your order will be shipped only after your check has been cleared. For payments via Pay Pal, customers are prompted to continue and complete the checkout process with Pay Pal, although, the customer does not leave PeristilCards.com at any point throughout the transaction.Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail of both the order and payment from both Peristil and Pay Pal within minutes of the transaction.
It is important to understand that Peristil does not at any point throughout the transaction gather and store consumers’ credit card details and information on our website, server, or other such platforms. It is kept safe and secure within the PayPal payment portal.
